Boston has taken control of the NBA Finals, as well as the championship betting odds, after its Game 3 victory over Golden State on Wednesday.

The Eastern Conference champion Celtics took a 2-1 series lead with Wednesday’s 116-100 victory over the Warriors.

Boston can increase the pressure further with a second home victory. Game 4 is at 9 p.m. Eastern time Friday on ABC.

As it sits, Gov. Charlie Baker would sign a bill but has not been presented with one. A legislative committee meets this week to try and work out a sports betting compromise.
