After a rocky start to the regular season, it’s worth wondering which members of the Boston Red Sox organization will represent the club at next month’s MLB All-Star Game, which takes place in Atlanta this year. With that in mind, BetMassachusetts.com broke down the odds on which Sox players will take the field down south come July 15.
Player | Position | Odds | Percent Chance |
Garrett Crochet | Starting Pitcher | -1250 | 92.6% |

While the Red Sox have limped through a 34-36 season to date, there have been a slew of silver linings in Beantown, with southpaw Garrett Crochet being among the best starting pitchers in baseball this season. The fifth year veteran has a team-high 2.5 WAR (per Baseball-Reference.com) this season, going 6-4 on the bump with an ERA of 2.35 in 14 starts for the Red Sox, putting him in line to be on the AL staff come July 15. That’s why we have the 26-year-old at -1250 to make the AL team, joining DH Rafael Devers as the only Boston players with greater than 50% odds of making the Mid-Summer Classic, as Devers comes in at -375 to make the club in 2025.
To date, Devers has the highest WAR total of any Red Sox position player, at 2.4, bashing 14 home runs and hitting .280 with 71 hits this season, putting him in line to potentially make his fourth All-Star Game appearance.
Other potential candidates to represent the Junior Circuit come July 15 from Boston include reliver Aroldis Chapman, who is listed at +110 to potentially make his eighth ASG appearance, while catcher Carlos Narvaez rounds out the Red Sox ASG list, at +275.
For now, all four are looking to help guide Boston back to the postseason for the first time since 2021, with oddsmakers from FanDuel Massachusetts currently giving the club +295 odds of making the field come the fall.

According to the latest odds, Garrett Crochet, the Red Sox's starting pitcher, has a 92.6% chance to make the All-Star team, making him the top candidate for Boston in 2025.
Rafael Devers, currently listed as a designated hitter, holds a strong 78.9% probability of being selected, based on -375 odds.
Chapman’s +110 odds translate to a 47.6% chance—solid but less certain compared to teammates like Devers and Crochet.
As a catcher with +275 odds, Narvaez has a 26.7% chance—less likely but not out of the running.
