When it comes to finding a place to raise a family, there are few options better than Massachusetts.

Located in the heart of New England, the Bay State offers everyone a little bit of everything, including Massachusetts sportsbooks. There’s Boston for the big city lovers. Cape Cod is for those who prefer an ocean attraction, and the Berkshires out west provide some spectacular scenery for those looking to get away.

Not surprisingly, a state that offers so much ranked high on our most family friendly states list. As schools across the commonwealth prepare to welcome kids back over the next couple of weeks, our research team at BetMassachusetts.com wanted to know what state is the most family friendly. We created a scoring system to rank the top 10 most family-friendly states based on safety, median home price, median income, quality of education, level of diversity, and size of kid’s classrooms.

Massachusetts Cracks Top 3

Yes, it is costly to live in Massachusetts. According to Motley Fool, the average value of a single-family home during the last quarter was $653,648. That’s the fourth highest nationally, behind only Hawaii, California and the District of Columbia.

But then again, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Visual Capitalist found that the median income adjusted for cost of living in Massachusetts of $127,760 was the third best nationally, even better than California’s $123,988. So not only can you make more money, you can spend less of your cash on a great home.

The state is also home to the best public school systems in the country. World Population Review noted that 167, or nearly half, of the state’s eligible high schools rank among the top quarter nationally. Students also have a median ACT score of 25.1, the second highest of any state.

World Population Review also ranked the state the seventh safest in the nation overall. That was thanks in large part to having the safest roads in the U.S., the second-safest financial security and fifth-best personal and residential safety. Only a bottom 10 ranking in workplace safety kept the Bay State from another top three score.

These are the sites that can help you pick where you want your family to live. If you want to find the best sportsbook for you, then BetMassachusetts.com offers you up-to-date reviews and news on promos available to new users. We also keep you in the loop on the latest gaming and sports news coming from the Hub and the rest of the state.
